Everyone is quite taken by bobble headed dolls. Bobble heads of Phillies’ baseball players are given away free to anyone under 14 at many of the Phillies’ games. Even Donovan McNabb is a crowd pleaser. Often you see bobble headed dogs sitting comfortably in the rear window of sedans whizzing by on the expressway. Ray Charles and Elvis have also been bobble headed. You’re not a cultural icon if it hasn’t happened to you, so why not bobble head the fathers of our nation? For, if it were not for their brave act to declare their independence from England, where would we all be?

We work with K-12 students to design and deliver high quality programs to provide students with authentic experiences learning in and through the arts. However, it is hard to fit it all in. Studio time is precious, but I see working on this project as an extension of my belief that you can be true to the principles of art and cross-pollinate to say whatever it is you want to say.
