Born in Israel, Wind came to the United States in 1963. She received her MA from the University of Pennsylvania and completed the Barnes Foundation program.

Artistically descended from abstract expressionism, Wind’s work has been described as “drawing in space”. Her main medium is metal and, of recent, also 3-dimensional works on paper. Her work includes individual sculptures, wall series and floor installations.

Wind has exhibited extensively throughout the United States in solo and group shows. She has received numerous sculpture awards and her work is represented in corporate and private collections.
